At DC Style Corp, most of our products are custom-made, personalized, printed, engraved, or produced specifically based on the information, artwork, pictures, logos, sizes, colors, and design details provided by the customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved or production has started.
No Returns on Custom Orders
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

Incorrect spelling, names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, or information provided by the customer

Low-quality, blurry, pixelated, or incorrect pictures, logos, or artwork provided by the customer

Customer changes of mind after approval or production

Incorrect sizes, colors, materials, or design details selected or approved by the customer

Any customization based on customer-provided instructions, files, or approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, proofs, spelling, sizing, artwork, and customization information before approving production.
Mistakes Made by DC Style Corp
We will only correct, replace, or review an order if the issue was caused by an error on our side, such as:

Producing the wrong approved design

Printing or engraving incorrect information that was not provided or approved by the customer

Sending the wrong product or material

A clear production defect caused by our process
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product and provide clear photos and a description of the problem.
Refund Requests
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or correction due to an error made by DC Style Corp, please contact us by email at:

DC Style Corp reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for correction, replacement, store credit, or refund.
