Welcome to DC Style Corp. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, online ordering system, quotes, invoices, proofs, custom design services, printing services, signage services, promotional products, and any products or services purchased from DC Style Corp.

By placing an order, approving a proof, submitting artwork, making a payment, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Company Information

DC Style Corp provides custom printing, branding, signage, apparel decoration, laser engraving, acrylic products, real estate marketing products, business cards, promotional products, 3D printed elements, and related design and production services.

2. Custom Products and Services

Most products sold by DC Style Corp are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

Real estate signs, custom realtor keys, acrylic logo signs, LED signs, business cards, raised spot UV cards, foil cards, color edge cards, car magnets, yard signs, PVC signs, aluminum signs, embroidered apparel, printed apparel, engraved products, promotional items, 3D logo elements, wall branding, office signage, and custom design work.

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, they may not be resold or reused for another customer.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the quote, including size, quantity, material, artwork condition, colors, finishing, installation needs, turnaround time, and production complexity.

Quotes may change if the customer changes the design, size, material, quantity, deadline, installation scope, artwork quality, or product specifications.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes do not include shipping, delivery, installation, permit fees, rush fees, special hardware, taxes, or additional design revisions.

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless a different expiration date is provided in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Most custom orders require payment before production begins. Some commercial or bulk orders may qualify for split payments only when approved in writing.

Production will not begin until the required payment, artwork, order details, and proof approval have been received.

If an invoice requires a balance payment, the remaining balance must be paid before pickup, delivery, shipping, or installation, unless different terms were approved in writing.

DC Style Corp reserves the right to pause production, withhold delivery, or delay installation if payment is incomplete.

5. Artwork, Logos, Photos, and Customer-Provided Files

Customers are responsible for providing correct, high-quality artwork, logos, photos, text, contact information, QR codes, social media handles, addresses, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and brand details.

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, trademarks, or any other content, the customer confirms that they own the rights to use the content or have permission from the rightful owner.

The customer agrees not to submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for legal claims resulting from customer-provided artwork, logos, trademarks, images, fonts, slogans, or other submitted content.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to involve unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarked logos, offensive content, illegal content, misleading claims, or content we believe may expose DC Style Corp to legal or reputational risk.

6. Design Services and Revisions

Design services may be included or charged separately depending on the order.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, each custom design order includes a limited number of standard revisions. Additional revisions, major layout changes, resizing, logo recreation, photo editing, file cleanup, or concept changes may require additional charges.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to an existing design direction. A completely new concept, new layout, new product type, or major redesign may be treated as a new design service.

Design fees are non-refundable once design work has started.

7. Proof Approval

For custom orders, DC Style Corp may provide a digital proof, mockup, layout, or sample image for approval.

The customer is fully responsible for reviewing all proof details before approval, including:

Spelling, names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, logos, colors, layout, size, orientation, QR codes, social media handles, grammar, product type, finishing, and quantity.

Once the customer approves a proof, the order is considered approved for production.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof, including spelling errors, incorrect phone numbers, incorrect emails, wrong logos, wrong colors, layout issues, or missing information.

Changes requested after proof approval may require additional charges and may delay production.

If production has already started, changes may not be possible.

8. Color, Material, and Production Variations

Colors shown on screens, phones, tablets, and monitors may look different from the final printed or manufactured product.

Final color can vary based on material, ink, lighting, lamination, acrylic type, UV coating, foil, embroidery thread, fabric, production method, and finishing.

Small variations in color, size, cut, edge finish, alignment, texture, material thickness, engraving depth, print placement, and finishing are normal in custom production.

For products such as raised spot UV, foil, sueded lamination, color edge cards, acrylic signs, layered signs, laser engraved items, embroidered items, and 3D printed elements, minor production tolerances are expected and are not considered defects.

9. Production Time and Turnaround

Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, material availability, artwork readiness, proof approval, payment status, and production schedule.

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless DC Style Corp confirms a specific deadline in writing.

Turnaround time usually begins only after payment, final artwork, and proof approval have been received.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, but rush availability is not guaranteed.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information, supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, weather, equipment issues, material shortages, power outages, emergencies, customer changes, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot meet a promised shipping or delivery timeframe, we will contact the customer with updated options.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Customers may choose pickup, delivery, or shipping when available.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, DC Style Corp is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. However, we will assist the customer with available carrier claim information when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. DC Style Corp is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customers picking up orders are responsible for inspecting the order at pickup.

Orders not picked up within 30 days after notification may be subject to storage limitations, storage fees, or disposal as permitted by law.

11. Installation Services

Installation is only included when specifically listed on the quote or invoice.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the installation location is ready, accessible, safe, and approved before installation.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required landlord approval, property owner approval, HOA approval, city approval, permits, electrical approval, or building authorization unless DC Style Corp agrees in writing to handle a specific item.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, weak surfaces, hidden wiring, plumbing, structural issues, paint peeling, moisture, uneven surfaces, poor wall condition, or damage caused by unsuitable installation surfaces.

If our team arrives for installation and the site is not ready, accessible, or approved, additional trip fees or rescheduling fees may apply.

Outdoor signage may be affected by weather, sunlight, wind, humidity, storms, improper mounting, cleaning chemicals, and environmental exposure.

12. Customer Measurements and Product Fit

When a customer provides measurements, dimensions, photos, templates, installation surfaces, vehicle information, wall sizes, or product specifications, the customer is responsible for their accuracy.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements, incomplete information, inaccurate photos, or changes to the installation area after the quote or proof.

For best results, professional measurement or site inspection may be required for certain projects.

13. Cancellations

Because custom orders are produced specifically for each customer, cancellations are limited.

Orders may be cancelled only if production, design work, material ordering, outsourcing, or special preparation has not started.

If work has already started, DC Style Corp may deduct design time, labor, materials, supplier costs, processing fees, and any completed production from any possible refund.

Once production has started on a custom order, the order is generally not cancellable or refundable.

14. Refunds and Returns

Custom products are not eligible for return simply because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, approved incorrect information, selected the wrong material, or no longer needs the product.

If there is a production defect caused by DC Style Corp, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of pickup, delivery, or receipt of the order.

We may request photos, videos, return of the product, or an in-person inspection before approving a reprint, repair, replacement, credit, or refund.

DC Style Corp reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, reprint, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds are not provided for defects caused by customer error, approved proof errors, misuse, improper installation by others, weather damage, physical damage, poor maintenance, incorrect cleaning, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.

15. Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any claim for a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect order must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The customer must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the product has been installed, used, altered, distributed, resold, damaged after receipt, or modified by the customer or a third party, DC Style Corp may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

Do not discard packaging or damaged products until the claim has been reviewed.

16. Product Care

Customers are responsible for proper care, handling, cleaning, storage, and installation after receiving the product.

Printed, acrylic, engraved, embroidered, laminated, foiled, UV-coated, and 3D printed products may be damaged by harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, excessive heat, direct impact, scratching, moisture, bending, pressure, or improper storage.

Outdoor products may fade, warp, scratch, crack, peel, or deteriorate over time depending on weather exposure, sunlight, wind, humidity, mounting method, and maintenance.

17. Website Information

We try to keep product information, descriptions, prices, photos, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur.

DC Style Corp reserves the right to correct errors, update pricing, modify product descriptions, change availability, refuse orders, or cancel orders affected by website errors.

Product photos and mockups are for presentation purposes only. Final products may vary depending on material, size, production method, finishing, and customer-approved artwork.

18. Intellectual Property of DC Style Corp

All designs, mockups, product photos, website content, layouts, written content, concepts, samples, production methods, and visual presentations created by DC Style Corp remain the property of DC Style Corp unless transferred in writing.

Payment for a custom product does not automatically transfer ownership of editable design files, source files, templates, production files, or design concepts.

If the customer needs editable files, vector files, production files, or full design ownership, this must be requested and quoted separately in writing.

DC Style Corp may use photos or videos of completed work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and marketing purposes unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing before production.

19. Customer Use of Finished Products

Customers are responsible for how they use, display, install, distribute, advertise, resell, or promote the products purchased from DC Style Corp.

The customer is responsible for making sure their signs, marketing materials, business cards, claims, advertising messages, and displayed information comply with applicable laws, real estate rules, brokerage requirements, HOA rules, city regulations, and industry requirements.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for fines, penalties, takedowns, disputes, or claims resulting from the customer’s use of the final product.

20. Refusal of Service

DC Style Corp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders involving offensive material, illegal content, unsafe installation requests, unpaid balances, abusive behavior, suspected fraud, intellectual property concerns, or unrealistic production expectations.

If an order is refused before production begins, any eligible refund will be handled according to the payment status and work already completed.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DC Style Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to any product, service, delay, website use, design error, installation issue, shipping issue, or customer use of the product.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved in the claim.

22. No Guarantee of Business Results

DC Style Corp creates branding, signage, printing, apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials designed to help customers present their business professionally.

However, we do not guarantee that any product will generate sales, leads, followers, bookings, clients, conversions, business growth, or specific financial results.

23. Third-Party Products and Suppliers

Some products, materials, blanks, specialty finishes, business cards, promotional products, or outsourced components may be produced, supplied, or fulfilled through third-party vendors.

DC Style Corp is not responsible for supplier delays, discontinued materials, stock shortages, manufacturer defects, or changes made by third-party suppliers, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues when possible.

24. Privacy and Customer Information

Customer information is used to process orders, communicate about projects, send invoices, deliver products, and provide customer service.

DC Style Corp does not sell customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of any changes.

25. Changes to These Terms

DC Style Corp may update these Terms of Service at any time.

The updated version will be posted on our website with the latest revision date.

Continued use of our website, services, quotes, invoices, or ordering system after changes are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.

26. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute related to these Terms, our website, products, services, invoices, or orders shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida unless otherwise required by law.
